Privacy Policy

Warera Intel is a fan-made intelligence dashboard for the browser game Warera. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Warera. This page describes, plainly and specifically, what data the app actually touches — not a generic template.

Some pages let you paste a Warera API token to unlock data the public API doesn't expose. That token:

• Is stored only in your browser's local storage — never in any database this app controls.
• Is sent as a request header to this app's own server on each request that needs it, so the server can use it to query the Warera game API on your behalf.
• Is never logged, written to a database, or shared with any third party. It exists in server memory only for the duration of that single request.
• Is removed the moment you clear it from the token dialog or clear your browser's local storage.

The mercenary alert watcher is gated behind a supporter code. Redeeming a code binds it to a device identifier generated in your browser (a random value, not derived from any personal information) so a code can't be shared across unlimited devices. After redemption, your browser holds a signed license token proving access; verifying it doesn't require contacting the server at all.

If you support the project through Ko-fi, Ko-fi (not this app) handles your payment details directly — see Ko-fi's own privacy policy for that. Ko-fi then notifies this app of the donation, which is used to mint your supporter codes automatically. What we receive and store from that notification:

• The name you chose to donate under (or "Anonymous").
• Your email address, only if Ko-fi shared one with the donation.
• The amount, currency, and any message you left.
• A Ko-fi transaction reference, used to avoid double-processing the same donation.

This is stored so the supporter codes minted for your donation can be found and handed to you, and kept only as long as needed for that. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond administering supporter access. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time (see Contact below).

• No accounts or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for.
• No cookies and no analytics/tracking scripts of any kind are active on this site.
• No advertising, no data brokers, no selling of any data.
• No access to your Warera auth key — the token is a separate, revocable API credential you generate yourself.

This app runs on Vercel, which processes standard request metadata (like IP address) as part of normal web hosting and abuse prevention, under Vercel's own privacy policy. Game data (prices, battles, rankings, etc.) is public information pulled from Warera's own API and is not personal data about you.
